Acting resident expert on Avid's Media Composer and Symphony Products. Designed and conduct technology seminars on non-linear editing and its processes.

Demonstrated the Media Composer®, and MCXpress™. Additionally responsible for Western Regional seminars, including print and direct mail advertising development and design.

Product Manager for all desktop video products. Technical Support/Trainer for Avid and Media 100 Post Production Products. Designed and conceived corporate image brochure and Internet web-site, as well as all advertisements and mailings. These marketing efforts helped bring Hoffman to two record $25+ million dollar years.

On-Line Editor/Tape Operator/Systems Designer- Video-It, Culver City, CA.
Edited several broadcast commercials and a country dancing instructional video. Additionally, aided in the design and installed their third all-digital on-line suite.

Overlooked all technical aspects of the corporate television facilities. Designed new edit bay, staged multimedia events, and edited innovative training/communications productions.

Chief On-Line Videotape Editor- Cityscope 21 (A City-owned cable TV station), Long Beach, CA. Served in other capacities which included: Technical Director, Producer, and Engineer.

Operated camera for live newscasts. Trained as Standby Technical Director for newscast (internship).
